STNK Processing Procedure

STNK processing may be carried out upon fulfillment of the applicable requirements and procedures.

Processing by Customer (SAMSAT)

  1. The customer visits a CFI branch and submits a request for STNK tax renewal through Customer Service by presenting a valid ID card.
  2. The customer pays the administration fee:
    • Motorcycle: IDR 5,000
    • Car: IDR 10,000
  3. CFI will provide a Credit Clearance Letter along with a copy of the BPKB (please ensure there are no outstanding installment payments).
  4. The customer processes the STNK tax renewal directly at the SAMSAT office.

Processing Through an Authorized Service Agency

  1. The customer visits a CFI branch and submits a request for STNK tax renewal through Customer Service by presenting a valid ID card.
  2. CFI will inform the customer of the processing fees charged by the authorized service agency.
  3. The customer makes payment according to the fees determined by the service agency.
  4. CFI will provide a Credit Clearance Letter along with a copy of the BPKB (please ensure there are no outstanding installment payments).
  5. The STNK tax renewal process will be handled by the service agency.
  6. Once completed, the customer may collect the STNK documents at the CFI branch office.
