As one of the employee programs on October 18-21, 2023, located in Bangkok, Thailand, Clemont Finance Indonesia held an People Experience program with theme “Explore d’World” #asiaedition

This People Experience program was attended by HO, Surabaya & Pontianak Branch Employee

We had a blast during people experience in Bangkok. Not only did we talk about how to strategize as a team for next year but also we had fun in getting to know each other on a personal level

It was undoubtedly a memorable moment to spend a weekend with the entire all team and to foster stronger bonds with everyone. Together, we are strongly motivated to achieve the company objectives and continue serve our customer at the highest level

The goals that are expected to happen after the program are increase togetherness, strengthen teamwork and collaboration, and also as medium for refreshing. After the struggle to improve the company’s performance in 2023, it is necessary to refresh so that productivity can be maintained and employee stress levels can be reduced
